Empowerment Programme

The Women Economic Empowerment Programme is a flagship initiative of Ladies Peniel Empowerment designed to equip women with practical, income-generating skills that promote financial independence, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and capacity-building, we empower women to develop marketable skills, establish small businesses, and improve the economic wellbeing of their families.

Our training covers a wide range of vocational and entrepreneurial skills, including baking, catering, soap and detergent production, food processing, fashion and crafts, and other livelihood opportunities tailored to community needs. By empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to succeed, we are fostering resilient households, reducing poverty, and building stronger communities where women can thrive economically and contribute meaningfully to society.
